John's involvement in the Birmingham office market spans 20 years during which time he has personally leased over 1.5 million sq ft of office space in Central Birmingham and around 3 million sq ft across the wider Midlands region. John has advised UK institutions, overseas investors, property companies, landowners, developers and occupiers.
Prior to establishing GBR in 2003, John was in charge of Jones Lang LaSalle's Birmingham Office and was head of Agency for Richard Ellis' Birmingham office.
