This site is located towards the western end of the pedestrianised section of the High Street in Dunfermline bounded by the High Street to the south and by Queen Anne Street to the North. A new bus station has recently opened immediately to the north of the subject site bringing significant footfall to this location with in excess of 3,500 buses arriving and departing on a weekly basis.
